SENIOR YOUTH GROUP: FRONTLINE

FrontLine.JPG

We chose the name "Frontline" because everyday we meet we are preparing ourselves to be in the frontline of God's army. 1 Timothy 6:12 says to "Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses." We don't know when we will have to fight for our faith or when God will call us to do something extraordinary, but as part of His army, we will be ready and waiting in the frontline.

Meeting times:

On Sundays, we attend the 11:00 a.m. service and split off after the offering to the youth room where we discuss the message of the day in a dialogue so questions can be asked and everyone will leave with a high understanding of the message.

On Wednesday nights, we meet from 6:00-7:30 where we eat, do some type of activity (basketball, kickball, ping pong, etc.), and then dive into scripture.

  • In April we joined the BLAST group in visiting the Biblical History Center in LaGrange.
